Head of Operations
I am Head of Operations at My Foster Family. I am responsible for engaging with our partners at an operational level, and ensuring our internal and external process are fit for purpose. I lead, manage and oversee the day to day workings at My Foster Family and work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that we are providing an effective service for the sector. I work closely with our CEO to ensure that strategy and policy are properly interpreted into action and service delivery.
