This postholder will be responsible for the administration tasks for My Family Group and the recruitment of foster carers and adopters, you will report to the Head of Operations for all aspects of administration work and to the Recruitment Manager for the recruitment tasks, you will be expected to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
This role supports the Head of Operations and the Recruitment Manager at My Family Group in ensuring the organisation meets its core aims towards Muslim, Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority children in care, care leaver and carers.
This role is a hybrid role and will require the post holder to work from home as well as work from an office location.
- Manage the recruitment process of new and potential foster carers and adopters in line with the Recruitment Manager’s guidance.
- Regularly liaising with the Recruitment Manager on all aspects of recruitment.
