I am the mentoring programme lead. I am responsible for building and developing the mentoring programme. I work closely with mentors and mentees to prepare and support them from the beginning till the end of their journey. I am also responsible for engaging partners and creating corporate-nonprofit partnerships, which can allow mentees progress during their mentorship journey.
